•     Mesjid Mujahidin Pontianak

Masjid Raya Muhajidin was inaugurated by President Soeharto on 23 October 1978 (20 How 1398), to coincide with the anniversary of the City of Pontianak to 207. In the framework of the expansion and rejuvenation of the building of the mosque, in November 2011 carried out the restoration of the Mosque.

Has an area of about 4 hectares, the mosque has an area of 60x60 meters with two floors. At least 9 thousand worshippers can be accommodated at once in this mosque. While the outdoor courtyard can accommodate about 1,600 cars who want to worship here. The existence of the Mosque of the Mujahideen with "wajahbaru" is expected to increase and the prosperity of the Mosque with all the activities of worship of the muslims and the center of da'wah and Islamic studies.

   Masjid Raya Muhajidin diresmikan pertama kali oleh Presiden Soeharto pada tanggal 23 Oktober 1978 (20 Zulkaidah 1398), bertepatan dengan ulang tahun Kota Pontianak ke 207. Dalam rangka perluasan dan peremajaan bangunan masjid, pada November 2011 dilakukan pemugaran Masjid Raya.

Memiliki luas sekitar 4 hektar, masjid ini memiliki luas 60x60 meter dengan dua lantai. Setidaknya 9 ribu jamaah bisa ditampung sekaligus di masjid ini. Sedangkan halaman luar bisa menampung sekitar 1.600 mobil yang ingin beribadah di sini. Keberadaan Masjid Raya Mujahidin dengan "wajahbaru" diharapkan semakin menggiatkan dan memakmurkan Masjid dengan segala aktivitas ibadah kaum muslim maupun pusat dakwah dan kajian Islam.

• Museum daerah Kalimantan Barat

• Taman alun kapuas Pontianak

Sejak pertama kali di bangun hingga sekarang, taman alun alun kapuas ini tetap menjadi ikon dari kota pontianak. 

Taman alun alun kapuas telah beberapa kali di renovasi. Yang pertama pada tahun 1999,lalu yang kedua tahun 2011 dan pada tahun 2012.

Saat ini luas taman alun alun kapuas sudah mencapai kurang lebih sekitar 3 hektar.
